About Power to the People
Emma Giner runs Power to the People, an independent People & Organisation practice. As a "People & Organisation Shaker", she works with companies and individuals on how organizations function, evolve and bring out the best in their people.
Beyond client work, Emma builds and nurtures a community of followers, peers and friends interested in how work and organisations are changing.
The challenge
Independent practitioners face a particular kind of challenge: they need a space that works for client meetings, but also for the broader activity of building a community around their work. A traditional office is overkill. A Zoom link is too transactional. A coffee shop is fine for one-on-one, but not for hosting a meetup.
For Emma, the question was how to have one place that could be all of those things — without juggling tools.
