Cargobot turned a global team into a virtual office.
With offices in several countries, Cargobot needed more than video calls to keep its team aligned. Nubi became their virtual headquarters — and changed how they think about physical office space.

"Cargobot has different offices in various countries. One of the most important challenges has been communication. nubi has improved our productivity thanks to its technology, it has improved our efficiency and it has created a virtual environment beyond the video conferencing models. The roadmap of the product is amazing. I really feel that I am in my office attending to any need of my team. With nubi we have reduced the size of our physical spaces generating significant savings in our P&L. Cargobot is today a digital company thanks to the virtualization of nubi."Fernando Correa CEO, Cargobot
About Cargobot
Cargobot is a logistics technology company with offices in multiple countries. Like many distributed organizations, the team is split across geographies, time zones and physical buildings — making everyday alignment harder than it should be.
As a CEO leading a global team, Fernando Correa needed a way to feel close to his team's daily work, not just to be available on a video call when something was scheduled.
The challenge
Communication has been Cargobot's most persistent challenge as a distributed company. Video conferencing tools solved meetings but didn't solve presence: the team could see each other in scheduled calls, but the day-to-day texture of working alongside teammates was missing.
Beyond communication, the company also faced a more strategic question: if remote work was here to stay, what was the role of physical office space in the company's economics?
How they use Nubi
Cargobot uses Nubi as their virtual headquarters. The CEO can drop into the space at any time and find his team working, jump into conversations, address needs as they appear. It's not a tool he opens when something is scheduled — it's where the company lives.
The shift has had a tangible economic impact: with the virtual office working as a real working environment, Cargobot has been able to reduce the size of its physical spaces, generating savings that show up in the P&L.
